My Dad received excellent care from the staff at Herndon Home Health Services. They took the extra time and effort to really understand what was important to him and to me and provided it. Dad had one very special aide assigned to him who went out of her way to prepare hot, nutritious meals for him and entertained him with activities at home and many special outings. She was a great friend and companion for my Dad. Knowing that Dad was in her kind, capable hands gave me great peace of mind and allowed me to fully concentrate on my job at the hospital.

I receive various services from Herndon Home Health Services. The Clinical Director of Herndon Home Health Services arranges all of my doctor’s appointments, manages all of my medications, and regularly performs my INR checks. The Clinical director also remains in contact with everyone involved in my care and adjusts and maintains my care plan appropriately. Herndon Home Health Services assists me in various activities of daily living as they call it. Herndon Home Health Services is wonderful. They provide me with the extra care and companionship that I need and want and which my family is not able to give to me. They give me peace of mind and someone to talk to. My father requires assistance on a regular basis with things around the house, getting to the store, medication management, companionship, and personal services. Herndon Home Health Services coordinates his care with his physician and provide the necessary support via their aides and nurses to provide extra special care. They even run to the store and help him with other errands. He is able to personally interact with the Founder of Herndon Home Health Services, Patricia Herndon, on a regular basis as she too will also stop at the drug store to pick up his prescriptions or to pick up some food. She and her staff genuinely care about my father. It feels as though he is their sole concern and that his care rivals that of any top notch home care company. The staff at Herndon Home Health Services is simply amazing.
