- Skill competency exam
- Physical examination
- Professional license validation
- CNA or HHA registry verification
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Mandatory drug screen
- Criminal background search
- Driving record review
- Validation of automobile registration
- Validation of automobile insurance
- Validation of Michigan driver's license
Ongoing education and specialized training is provided to all staff of HHHS on a continuous basis. In order to maintain the most exceptional, and compassionate care, HHHS mandates all employees maintain the most current updates in our client's personal care needs. To achieve this, regular continuing education is provided to all health care staff under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. This includes but is not limited to office and in-home hands-on training, orientations, and in-services. This on-going education pertains specifically to the most current medical criteria in conjunction with spinal cord injury persons as well as persons with a variety of medical conditions. Whether new employees of HHHS or current employees of HHHS, all are trained and educated to the highest efficiency of standards of registered nursing, certified nursing assistants, and home health aides.
